Virtual coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, traded, exchanged, or withdrawn as real currency or prizes. Virtual coin balances do not represent any claim on the company's assets. Upon account termination, all virtual coin balances are forfeited with no compensation.
Users are strictly prohibited from: (a) using cheats, hacks, or exploits to gain unfair advantages; (b) harassing, threatening, or abusing other players; (c) discussing or facilitating real-money transactions related to virtual coins; (d) attempting to bypass the age gate verification system; (e) spamming, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent activity; (f) sharing accounts or login credentials; (g) reverse-engineering or attempting to access platform infrastructure. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
All content, games, graphics, text, and materials on EmberSummit Quest are owned by or licensed to EmberSummit Quest Ltd and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission. Your use of the platform grants you only a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
EmberSummit Quest is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's operation or the information contained within it. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmberSummit Quest Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or virtual coins. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to this agreement shall not exceed one dollar ($1). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, violation of community guidelines, age verification failure, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases, and all virtual coins are forfeited.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and posting the revised terms on the website. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms of Service and all related matters are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
